Procedures
Admission to the centre is based on a first-come-first served basis. The centre gives priority to siblings of children already at the centre to keep families together. The waiting list is maintained by the Supervisor and is confidential. The centre allocates places according to the position on the waiting list within the guidelines above.
To register your child in our programmes, you have to submit the following document:
i) A filled out registration form.
ii) A copy of the child's birth certificate.
iii) A copy of the child's immunisation certificate.
iv) Two pieces of child's passport size photographs.
v) A copy of both parents NRIC (both sides).
vi) Proof of working status:
For working mothers or single fathers.
Please submit either of the following original document.
· Employee
- A copy of the employment letter which states clearly the designation, joining date and the monthly gross salary. The letter must be duly signed and stamped.
- A copy of current pay slip.
· Self-employed
- A copy of current year income tax notice of assessment.
